Last Sunday my wonderful friend, Louise, passed away. Her last days were spent in Manorlands Hospice and so this first donation is to Manorlands for the care and support they provide for people such as Louise and their families.

Louise was a wonderful person with tremendous energy and a lively intelligence. She loved to dance, to read, to spend time with friends and to drink beer. In recent years she learned to play the ukelele and was part of the ukelele band 3 Chord Max. It was always fun to spend time with Louise and her passing leaves a great hole.
